We are pleased announce the release of Course Planner & Curriculum Blueprint.

Course Planner

Course Planner allows you to collaboratively create and organize courses across your school or district and ensure unit-level alignment to course objectives.

  • Build courses using a flexible template
  • View all courses across your school/district
  • Align associated units in Unit Planner to a course
  • Establish standards and learning goals at the course level to streamline the unit planning process and ensure units are aligned to course objectives

Curriculum Blueprint

The Curriculum Blueprint is a clean, easy-to-navigate visual of all published school/district curriculum.

  • Allows users to look at each subject area, and see the courses that are being taught in each grade level
  • Learn basic course information and visualize the units being taught in a given course
  • Seamlessly share published curriculum with your community
  • Look and feel is custom-branded for your organization

New and enhanced features

Unit Planner

  • Course Planner Integration: When Course Planner is enabled for your school a few subtle changes occur within Unit Planner:
    • Selecting a Course will filter available options such as Subjects & Grades.
    • The option within Standards, Other Goals and your pre-defined TUQKS to filter based on what was selected within a Course.
  • Smart Filters: When selecting Standards and your pre-defined TUQKS you now have the option to enable a Smart Filter that will filter the available options down based on previous selected information within the unit.

Resolved issues

  • Fixed inconsistent labels & prompts within Unit Planner (specifically within stage 1 modals).
  • Fixed the ability to add & edit custom standards when they were enabled for more than one school in Manage Data.
  • Fixed an issue where previously selected standards weren't reselecting when editing standards within a Unit
  • Fixed an issue where the user list wouldn't load when managing members within a Learning Path.
  • Fixed sorting of member lists by enrollment date when managing an Institute.
  • Fixed situations where save and error popups where stacking on top of each other blocking the screen.
  • Fixed an issue where Attachments of a certain size were not able to be uploaded to Resource Libraries within an Institute.
  • Fixed an issue where an error would occur when copying units stage 3 data.
  • Continued performance improvements were made in various areas specifically Institute loading times.
