Note: This feature is only available in New Theme.
Request Access Notifications
- Current Team Members are notified when a staff member requests access to a course team.
- Curriculum writers receive a notification as soon as their access request is approved and access has been granted.
Course Copy and Status Notifications
Team members can now be notified when a course is copied or course status is adjusted.

New Publishing Experience
Publishing courses is now available in the new theme with an updated look and feel, providing a more streamlined and intuitive publishing experience.

Simplified Curriculum Copying
Copying courses and units is now more flexible and efficient. When creating a copy, you can choose exactly which sections of the template to include as well as whether to copy associated team members.
In the New Theme, you can quickly create a copy of an existing unit and choose to:
- Copy it to the same course
- Copy it to a different course
By selecting only the content you need, you can streamline course and unit creation, reuse curriculum more effectively, and reduce the time required to duplicate information.
